Consulting and Visa Service LLC is a member of Association of European Businesses in the Russian Federation since the year 2005. Services provided by Consulting and Visa Service LLC: - Legal due diligence of documents necessary for establishing of foreign legal entities representation offices and branches with further legal and accounting support; - Full range of services connected with commercial organizations registration; - Consulting services and documents preparation concerning the issues of antitrust legislation; - Registration of joint-stock companies securities issues; - Appraisal activity; - Consulting and information services connected with the matters of entry to and departure from the country and order of stay in the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as visa support services based on the inviting organizations’ applications; - Assistance in settling the matters connected with obtaining the corporate permits from the Federal Migration Service and individual Work Permits for foreign citizens; - Consulting services and documents preparation concerning obtaining temporary permission to stay, residence permit and citizenship; - Assistance in preparation of documents necessary for obtaining foreign passports.
